Floc. Together Beer Festival Friday 30th June & Saturday 1st July 2023

As you may know we had a few too many drinks one night last year and decided to put on our first beer festival this year. We are nearly there with everything, tickets will go on sale w/c 6th February via Eventbrite, please search Floc. Brewing

Why Floc. Together? It was the name of the pop up bar we had in 2021 in Margate and feels right to bring it home.

During the weekend there will be fringe events and tap takeovers happening at various venues in Margate, Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Canterbury.

With a party atmosphere both at the festival and at the taproom over the weekend you will be able to make a weekend out of it or alternatively Canterbury & Margate are both well connected to Kings Cross St Pancras and take between 54 minutes & 1hr 24mins respectively, both the taproom and festival venue in Margate are within easy walking distance of the train stations.

We’ll be joined by some of the wonderful breweries we have collaborated with since we started brewing at the new site and a couple of other small producers of wine, mixed ferm beer & NOLO and are aiming to put on a festival which will be the first of its kind in Kent bringing some of the best breweries in the UK together for one weekend on the sea front.

It will be an intimate festival with approx 150 guests per session at the Turner Contemporary Art Gallery Foyle Rooms on Margate sea front which is a beautiful space with a full length balcony over looking the sea where the sunsets directly in front, we will be offering 2 different ticket types, a mix of all in and a more affordable entry price with tokens available, we understand it is a tricky time for all.

4 sessions over 2 days (Family session Friday Afternoon - more details to follow)
Beach swims actively encouraged, come and go as you please, it is right next to the beach.
DJ sets throughout the festival hosted by Margate Radio.
