As we approached the end of last year, we took a moment to reflect and plan for the future, envisaging the growth of the business in 2024 and over the years ahead, so we asked ourselves what are the things we love the most about our industry?
It was pretty easy...

2. Seeing people enjoy our beer.
So we've decided to invest in our taproom, our community and one of our favourite parts of the business.
The taproom renovation aims to build a wonderful space to serve our beer. We built the elements within the current taproom ourselves, and it’s done us proud.
We feel now’s the time to build on what we’ve achieved here in Wincheap and create a more beautiful and comfortable space year-round with a broader range of drinks to cater to everyone, not just beer enthusiasts.
Picture a modern pub nestled within an industrial unit.
Our vision for our newly transformed industrial estate pub is for it to evolve into a destination taproom in the South East and we look forward to sharing progress over the next few months.
This renovation will happen gradually throughout the year, as we have the financial capacity. Here’s what we’re striving for...
• A distinctive statement bar.
• A projector with a 4m wide screen.
• An architecturally designed seating space.
• Adequate heating for comfort during the colder months.
• A glazed curtain wall (Planning permission in progress)
