Products

Do your beers have an expiry date?

Yes, our beers have an expiry date of 6 months from the date of production. For the best taste experience, we recommend enjoying them within this timeframe. Our cans are cold stored, and the cans on site are almost always less than 4 weeks from packaging to ensure maximum freshness.

How should I store your beers?

For the best taste and freshness, we recommend storing our beers in the fridge at a temperature under 5 degrees Celsius. This ensures that you enjoy your beers at their best.

Will sold out beers come back into stock?

Most of our beers are specials and one-offs, so they might not return once sold out. However, we regularly brew our two core products, Whisper and Warm Shade, which you can enjoy anytime.

Do you sell your Kegs or your beers on Draft?

Yes, we do sell our kegs but only to trade customers across the UK & Europe. Our taproom is open Thursday - Sunday for fresh beer on draft. If you're a business interested in serving our beer, please contact us for more information.

Orders & Returns

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you don't need to register to place an order. You can check out as a guest for a quick and easy shopping experience. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and enjoy a faster checkout process in the future.

Will I need my I.D. for my delivery?

No, you do not need to present an I.D. for your delivery. However, the delivery must be accepted by an adult to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.

How do I track my order?

We use DPD couriers for our deliveries. Once your order is processed, we will send you a tracking link via email. For the best delivery experience, we recommend downloading the DPD app, which allows you to track your order in real-time and receive delivery updates.

What happens if I haven’t received my order?

If you haven't received your order, please contact us at hello@flocbrewing.com with your order details. We'll investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible, ensuring you get your beer without further delay.

Shipping

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we don't ship directly to customers internationally. However, we do export to various countries, so you might find our beers at select international retailers. Stay tuned for future updates!

The cans in my order have been damaged in transit, what can I do?

We're sorry to hear about the damage to your order! Please contact us at hello@flocbrewing.com with your order details and photos of the damaged cans. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I get free shipping if I buy in bulk?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £60! Enjoy your favourite beers without the extra cost.

What are my delivery options?

We offer a next day courier service Monday - Friday to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Enjoy fresh beer delivered right to your doorstep!
