It's hard to believe that it’s already been over two and a half years since we first opened our doors. In that time, we’ve witnessed amazing growth, not just in our brand, but in the incredible community that we've built together. It’s been a joy to watch the taproom fill with laughter, conversations, and, of course, great beer.
But we felt it was time for something new – a fresh change to enhance your experience here at Floc Brewing. So, back in June, we embarked on an exciting project: the creation of a brand-new bar! We collaborated with a talented local joinery team to bring our vision to life, and we’re thrilled with how it’s turned out.
What’s New at the Taproom?
Our new bar isn’t just about aesthetics – it’s about giving you more of what you love. By adding more space, we’ve increased our seating, making it easier for everyone to enjoy their time with us. And with 18 taps now available, we’ve expanded our drink range to include beer, wine, and cocktails. There's truly something for everyone!
We’ve also made improvements in comfort, with new heating and additional room to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience, and this upgrade is all thanks to your continued support.
What’s Brewing?
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Floc. Brewing update without mentioning the beer! We have been hard at work, keeping our signature fresh and tasty brews flowing. 🍺 👀
Since offering our own pizzas we have tried to cater for everyone with new recipes and sizes for everyone coming straight out the oven. Paolo has been hard at work on new recipes for monthly specials alongside the pizza that we will be offering.
We couldn’t have reached this milestone without all of you. Thank you for your unwavering support over the years – here’s to many more memorable moments together at Floc. 💛
